so as yall can see I’ve finished trying to blog about france (my computer wouldnt let me move the files and blah blah blah) so now Im going to use this blog to vent my rage about not understanding abything about anything. I HATE PHOTOSHOP.
that a lie…. actually I sort love it… but I dont understand it, at all…… sob..
I AM SO FRUSTRATED. I’ve got a mental block against creating art. Everything I touch turns to crap.

Wow, I havent posted anything in a long time. When I’ve been getting home recently, `i’ve fallen asleep before dinner, woken up to eat and then gone back to sleep again. Don’t know why I’ve been so tired. Perhaps I’m stocking up on rest before school starts (blurg).

So I’ve been really busy the past couple of nights—- and my posts have been totes erratic. So heres a list of what me and mom and dad have all been doing.
Thursday: arrived, explored the charming Monmarte, slept (jetlagged), and me and dad went to the sacred heart at night.
Friday: went to Monmarte museum, American Hospital, Eiffel Tower.
Saturday: Went to the Cluney, an amazing...
France so far...
We’re staying in a tiny little apartment in Montmarte. It has a little spiral staircase going down to the lower level, and a great big window that opens up over a street. There are lots of tourists and little bistros everywhere. The streets are all coble-stoned , and overall, it looks like you could be back in France 100 years ago, if not for the cars.
Today me and dad went to the Montmarte...

I’m leaving for France today.
Too bad I have a cold… I guess I’ll find out just how bad it will be to fly while sick. I’m planning on popping a couple of Nyquil and being out for most of it. Hope my eardrums don’t explode.

LAUREN- lets decorate your house like a spaceship, and just have people over for a space themed party.
for example, we can have them go on a space ship journey, and while they are out exploring I can pop out of somewhere dressed like a killer robot and chase them around.

Portfolio review...
I had to wait in line for what felt like HOURS but finally I got to talk to a rep from RISD. I wish I had brought more stuff to show!
(~I have a big portfolio but I brought a really small sampling of stuff)… anyhow, the dude said I should branch out, I need to do more of my kind of art, things that interest myself, things outside of class.
I also need to do stuff in different mediums.
